Role Objective

As a Lab Radiologist at Nireekshan Diagnostics, you will play a crucial role in analyzing medical images to support accurate diagnoses and effective treatments. You’ll work closely with our healthcare team to deliver high-quality radiological services, ensuring precise interpretations and compassionate patient care.

Duties

1. Conduct diagnostic imaging examinations, including X-rays, CT scans, and ultrasounds.
2. Analyze imaging results and prepare accurate, detailed reports for consulting physicians.
3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss imaging results and recommend further procedures or treatments.
4. Ensure compliance with safety standards to minimize patient and staff exposure to radiation.
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge on radiologic advancements and best practices in imaging techniques.
6. Supervise and train radiology technicians, ensuring a high standard of quality and safety in radiological practices.
7. Assist in the development of radiological protocols and procedures to enhance diagnostic efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

1. Medical Degree (MBBS) with specialization in Radiology (MD, DMRD, or equivalent).
2. Valid medical license with certification in radiology.
3. Minimum of 1 years of experience in a radiologist role, preferably in a diagnostic or healthcare setting.
4. Strong understanding of diagnostic imaging equipment, including CT, and ultrasound machines.
5. Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse medical teams.
6. Demonstrated attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of patient care and safety.
