Accountant (Cashier & Finance Executive)

Salary:

15K - 22K/month with accommodation

Role Objective

To manage day-to-day financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate accounting, proper record-keeping, and compliance with financial regulations.

The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling transactions, and supporting smooth financial management of the diagnostic center.

Duties

1. Maintain accurate financial records and accounts.
2. Handle daily accounting entries, billing, and invoicing.
3. Manage accounts payable and receivable.
4. Prepare financial reports and summaries.
5. Ensure timely reconciliation of bank statements.
6. Maintain GST records and assist with tax-related tasks.
7. Monitor expenses and assist in budget tracking.
8. Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
9. Coordinate with management for financial planning and reporting.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance (B.Com preferred).
2. Relevant experience in accounting roles preferred.
3. Experience in diagnostic center / healthcare accounting preferred.
4. Proficiency in Tally (ERP) is mandatory.
5. Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
6. Basic understanding of GST and accounting principles.
7. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
8. Good organizational and time management skills.
9. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
10. Good communication and coordination skills.
